This machine is very easy to use. With two dogs and two kids I am always using it. It is very versatile. Easy to fill clean water tank and easy to empty waste water tank. Capacity is not great, but then it is pretty light even when full. The hose attachement is simple to set up and great for the stairs and upholstery. This machine is as easy to use as a normal vacum cleaner. It is quite noisy. The electrical cable is a good length so you don't have to keep unplugging it around the house. The only disadvantage I have found with it is cleaning the waste tank. I end up cleaning mine in the shower, but cannot get the front part clean as you can't get access to it, and as the waste tank is clear you can see the dirt that as yet I can't figure out how to clean out.
