Turboforce it is. Eventually got round to buyinh a new vacuum cleaner after many months of my old cleaner smelling like it was going to burst into flames. The Vax v-060c is not too heavy coming in at 6.3kg and the 2000 watts really does make a difference (compared to my previous 1100 watts). As i have not purchased a vacuum cleaner before, i was suprised that you had to assemble various bits and pieces yourself. Im not a manual reader, and usually get by using common sense. However after placing the various pieces in whar looked like the obvious pieces, it fell apart! So i'd advise you look carefully at the manual. Manuals are never the easiest things to read. After the first three pictures, i began to get lost. As far as i know there is one screw which is a spare, although it didn't say the cleaner came with a spare screw, but i have studied the manual and cant for the life of me find out where it goes, and the cleaner seems to work without it!! Also i believe there is a spare belt that comes with it. No instructions to put it in, and no labels to say it is a spare, again the cleaner works without it, so must be a spare.
So after managing to get the cleaner to stay together, you'll need a philips screwdriver to put the (3) screws in. I vacuumed the mat in the lounge and was well impressed to say the least. The mat has never looked so good. Im not a vacuuming fanatic and dont do it religously, but i'll definately be doing it more often with this baby! The carpets have never looked so good. I am amazed and disgusted at the amount of rubbish that seems to have gone unnoticed in my flat!! Emptying the bagless holder is easy enough, although i woyuld recommend doing this in a well ventilated area if your flat is anywhere near as dirty as mine!! Putting the bagless container back on is quick and easy.
As mentioned earlier, the manual isn't the most straight forward, so when i was trying to find what pipe and connector to put the accessories on, i found myself flicking through the manual with no help. After a while i fathomed it out and the accessories are suprisingly good andscarily powerful. Watch out for long hair ladies, the accessories could seriuosly mess up your do!
