after spending the first 3 years of my driving life driving clapped out old bangers, i decided to invest in a nice, sturdy car that would last me a good few years and prevent me from being the AA's most frequent customer. I had always wanted a VW lupo, right back in the days when i was learning to drive. Cue the first problem - cost. Volkswagen Lupo 1.0 E , litre engine. 2002 model . PETROL The Lupo I have the blue colour the jazz blue, it has three doors that includes the boot door. Inside the car there is a drink holder at the driver side which is a bonus if you are driving ad want to have a drink . It has manual windows and does not lock automatically. The lupo does not have a glove box , but has long compartment which is open where you can place your stuff but be careful because the thieves can see it. It has two pockets in each side of the door. The new Lupo SE combines an excellent price with some handy features as standard: twin air bags, power steering, alloys and free roadside recovery for a year. Being a Volkswagen, it feels dead solid. At ony one litre, it lacks power, but still drives consdierably better than other cars of it's class. It would be silly to discuss this wonderful little car in terms of performance, though: if you want the drive of your life, go for a bigger car. Ive had my vw lupo for almost 9 months now, and its really been s pleasure to drive. Its a nifty little runaround thats perfect for grls like me:-) Its very economical, esp if your a person like me who needs to drive everyday back and forth. Although, i have to say that its a pretty slow car...i cant blame it, coz its only a 1.0 litre engine, it roars when you hit 90-100mph (maybe i shoudnt push the car to the limit eh:0) Its a cute cute car thats very grly, so u guys out there who thinks they can get away with drving one of these babys, best think again :0)) The boot of the car is tiny, so ... more

FIRST IMPRESSION My parents bought me a brand new VW Lupo in October 2004 and the colour is in Jazz Blue, which is a nice colour for this sort of car I reckon. When I first saw the Lupo after buying it my first impression was "...it's soooo small...", which I really didn't expect as there are not a lot of Lupo owners in the UK compared to other cars.
