The Best Little Sucker Around
Review of Morphy Richards POD 6V 06 by sghawken

Advantages: An excellent purchase, full of features you would expect from higher value Vacuum's.
Disadvantages: None, as yet

...who for £24.99 had a Morphy Richards Pod 6V barrel design vacuum cleaner. The following day it arrived, I had ordered it blind so to speak in that I had never seen it; I simply heard what it did and ordered it. I was surprised to see that not only was it the smallest cylinder (barrel) vacuum cleaner I had ever seen it was also a very distinctive purple and silver colour, most of the purple is a kind of translucent colour. It was very eye catching. ...
...nice and clever thing that Morphy Richards have done with this is made it thinner to the top. With previous vacuum cleaners I have found that they never quite have enough length making them often redundant for the job the length of this entire head is about 12 inches before it widens to allow it to connect with the hose/pipe. The main head is three way adjustable this is designed for flat flooring i.e. vinyl, tiles, and wooden floors. The second ... Read review

GETS THE JOB DONE!
Review of Russell Hobbs 13760 Cyclonic Cylinder by clairerodney

Advantages: COMPACT/NEAT, ADJUSTABLE SETTINGS/HANDLE, NICE PRICE!
Disadvantages: VERY, VERY NOISY!!!

I have only had this a few days and reading the reviews after buying it i was somewhat apprehensive and a little disheartened...i decided to try it out anyway! 1st time i used it i loved it! It had a powerful suction (though somewhat noisy) and did a great job on some cornflakes which my son had dropped on the rug. Bearing in mind i only have 2 carpets and a rug and the rest is wood or vinyl flooring, i find it effective for this job, though it may ...
...£40 i cannot complain...for £40 you cannot go wrong with this, i have seen better i have seen far worse and i have paid double for hoovers that had half the performance before now. It is easy to pull around and if you pull the lead all the way out BEFORE you begin and not during hoovering then the tight cord isn't an issue at all, i can live with it. The compact design and handle on top makes it easy to move around and store and it looks really neat ... Read review

Review for Dyson DC07 Tool Kit Model
Review of Dyson DC07 Toolkit by starbabe30586

Advantages: Extensive tools, strong suction, easy to use
Disadvantages: n/a

This is my first Dyson and I love it. It has very strong suction and leaves my carpets nearly new every time i use it. It came with 5 year guarantee and lots of tools/brushes to use on different surfaces such as a soft bristled brush and hard bristled brush and one for the stairs. Its fairly lightweight and easy to use and looks great to. I love the fact its bagless as well which is much easier. Its easy to empty and easy to assemble when you first ... Read review

It'll do for bungalows.
Review of Woolworth Upright Cyclonic Vacuum by rolletrog

Advantages: Sometimes it sucks stuff up
Disadvantages: Most of the time it doesn't

~~*~~*~~ Woolworths Cyclonic Vacuum ~~*~~*~~ It appears I'm turning into my mother. Firstly, I uttered the statement that I wasn't angry with my brother for being a muppet, more that I was disappointed with him. Secondly, it's a Saturday night and I've stayed in and cooked my very own dinner (and it wasn't cereal). Thirdly, I'm reviewing a ruddy hoover*. I'll split this into categories that every mother across the land will find indispensably informative. ...
...attractive is it? ~~*~~ Well, it's not going to win any awards at the Suckit awards (that's the infamous hoover prizes bestowed primarily by the hoover channel) but at the same time, it's not outwardly offensive on the eye. It's mostly a shiny black colour apart from the orange 'cyclonic' bit which is quite pretty. ~~*~~ How easy is it to manoeuvre up stairs? ~~*~~ Although it's very lightweight (especially compared to a hefty Dyson) and has a ...
