Advantages: Easy and light to handle, good price point Disadvantages: A basic machine with no extras
...the most basic model that Bissell do, and has no additional tools on board. It comes with an attachment to clean hard floors, as I have not used this I cannot comment on its effectiveness. It is easy to handle reasonably light and is not as loud as my Dyson
Best of all this machine has a 2 YEAR guarantee.
I have tried other carpet cleaners and wouldn't go back to them.
The average price point is about £99 but there are many deals to be had so do shop around.

Review of Bissell 1970E
Advantages: One product to vacuum then wash your floor - saving time! Disadvantages: Has a tendancy to fall over when upright and could do with a slightly longer power lead
The Bissell Flip is very good! It is an excellent idea to use one appliance to quickly vacuum the floor then wash it over. I have previously used the Vax hard floor cleaner but this is much better.
Hard floor vacuuming
The vacuum is lightweight and easy to handle. Although it can never compare with my Dyson animal for vacuuming it is suitable for the job of cleaning pet hairs and other bits from a tiled floor. I have found it is best to vacuum ... ...to vacuum one section then wash and then vacuum the next section, as i did, and found that once used wet the vacuum suction tends to get clogged up easily.
Hard floor washing
The containers for both the cleaning product and dirty water tank are well made (no leaks). It operates well with a good brush to get right into the grout and does not over wet the floor. It also has very good suction to pick up the dirty water.
One disadvantage is that the ...

When I watched the demonstration on tv the All Rounder seemed amazing it could clean both carpets and hard floors and was even easy to do stairs with on top of all that it was also a vacuum cleaner as well. Seeing as my dyson was on it's ...

Review of Bissell 7700E
Advantages: many accessories, lift-off canister Disadvantages: heavy if wheeling isnt possible.
...of vacuuming and with the lift-off canister and accessories, I dont see why anyone would by anything else. Even with the few negatives I have found, the fact that it works so great and Bissell considered my issues when they made other models, earns it 5 stars from me. ...
Advantages: Very light, easy to use, excellent suction Disadvantages: Doesn't get right to the edges
I saw this item on a TV home shopping channel. With having 3 dogs that come in with wet feet, throw up etc and carpets and tiled floors, I had ordinarily just paid for someone to come and clean the carpets twice a year, and would then be distraught when something happened and they were dirty the next week. I wanted a lightweight easy to use cleaner, so ordered this. It was easy to set up, is easy to use, leaves the carpet fairly dry and very clean ... ...it on my tiled bathroom floor) as an attachment is provided, it can even be used to suck up spills. Very simple to use, you just put the cold tap water into the bottle on the back, the cap is the measure for the cleaning liquid (came free with this product but normally costs about £15 and will last ages), put the water bottle back, plug in, and switch on - the switch I did find a bit fiddly to operate. Push forward and press the lever on the handle ...
