Electroluc Powerlite Z3318 Advantages: Adjustable power/suction,textile dustbag,retractable power cable,carpets and hard floors. Disadvantages: No issues found. If your budget is £40, this model is worth serious consideration. 1800W power makes a big difference from the bargain basement cleaners on the market. Power is adjustable through a slider switch on top of the unit, which means you can use your foot to operate the slider. Suction can also be adjusted by a slider vent on the hose handle. Bagless, not an easy option Advantages: Great price, great design, lightweight, low noise Disadvantages: Requires constant cleaning ...cleaners, this ones predecessor an Electrolux Lite 1000w lasted over 10 years, a great little vacuum cleaner which was always reliable, however, a couple of years ago I decided it was time to upgrade to a bagless vacuum. Great price, great design (reminiscent of the previous one), lightweight, long hose. Unfortunately it is not without a few problems, which make this vacuum quite a disappointment. It's bagless, great, but the capacity although the ... ...is probably due to the fact that the filter gets clogged real quickly and is a bugger to clean. I find I have to empty it and dust of the filter almost every time I use it, otherwise the filter has to be properly washed, which is a disgusting job, at least with a bagged vacuum I never had to get that close to the dirt, needless to say I don't clean the filter that often. Wow, fantastic little vaccum Advantages: quiet, lightweight, great suction Disadvantages: none Great product, very quiet and quite lightwight so easy to carry. It gets right into the corners and skirtings easily without having to change attatchments and easily reaches under large items e.g tables, cots unlike upright hoovers. It also has a large button at the back which you push, when you are finished, and it reels the cable back in for you. It leaves my carpets looking almost new again as it has such great suction.
