I just got this vacuum cleaner one month ago. Noise level are not very loud and the metal telescopic are easy to handle. You can easily adjust to any height you want, also easy to grip and move all around the house! Besides that, i personally feel the suction is great, at least it works on my carpet! When people say that things suck it typically means something negative. Not is not the case here. This vacuum really sucks. No pun intended.
