at first this hoover was brilliant but after first clean of filters a bit iffy i get dust out of side of the rear filter and i clean very regularly very disappointed brought up with this make would have expected a lot more from this company and models i have to say the suction is quite good however but loss of air through rear vents can cause dust particals to get blown around im certainly considering a different make in future though have had electrolux ... ...The spiral air flow that Hoover have designed does not let the carpet fluff etc settle and it accumulates around the filter. A service engineer has been to see the problem and says that he has no answer but suggested that we convert it to a dust bag type.The Wife does not want a bag type, so this option is no good. I have only had this a few days and reading the reviews after buying it i was somewhat apprehensive and a little disheartened...i decided to try it out anyway! 1st time i used it i loved it! It is easy to pull around and if you pull the lead all the way out BEFORE you begin and not during hoovering then the tight cord isn't an issue at all, i can live with it.
