Vax Mach Air Excellent Lightweight Cleaner Advantages: Light, easy to move, powerful Disadvantages: Hose attachment, Cord length I recently purchased the Vax Mach Air as it was reduced from £180 to £129 to replace my existing Vax Cleaner First Impressions were surprise that the unit could be so light and still clean as well as it does. The suction is extremely powerful and makes shortwork of cleaning up our dog Murphy's hair. The Mach Air cleans up the hair tumbleweeds that appear daily on our laminte flooring, and gets rid of the hair from the carpets and the deep pile ... ...Air is so light and manouverable it makes cleaning easy and less of a chore. From switching on and tilting the handle back to start the brushes the Mach Air powers through all our floor cleaning, quickly and effectively. It deals with our thick pile floor rug on top of the laminate in the front room, to the short pile in the upstairs bedroom, and copes admirably with everything we threw at it. Dyson DC 14 Animal vacuum hasn't lost suction for me! Advantages: The Vaccum has many many different attatchments. Disadvantages: The wand that pulls out to reach longer areas is very hard to pull out The Dyson DC 14 Animal vacuum is the first vacuum that I have owned that has never lost suction,even though I have two Very large dogs that shed all of time. Another great and wonderful feature is the Zorb Dry carpet cleaner and spot removal. This Stuff Really works great on my CARPET. The vacuum comes with many seperate attachments, and there are many more that you can order.The vacuum also comes with extra belts. Supports 11 homes a week Advantages: Easy to set up, no bags, very effective Disadvantages: You have to wash the filters monthly and can not use them for 24 hours while they dry ...been seriously considering buying a Dyson for awhile and when I saw that they came with a 5 year warranty I was sold. I assembled the Dyson at my customer's home with no tools and began using it right away. I now use the Dyson ball in every home and it never fails. I don't use a broom anymore either because the Dyson so effectively picks up all the dirt. Mach Air vacuum cleaner - an excellent innovation from Vax Advantages: Lightweight, easy to manouvre under tight spaces Disadvantages: None, to date. In my opimnion, the Vax Mach Air is one of the best vacuum cleaners around. It is durable, lightweight and very easy to carry around the house. The suction is excellent, and since I started using it I have not experienced any clogging or items being caught in the machine. The Mach Air is safe and very easy to clean. I have also used the machine to clean crumbs off sofas, under sofa cushions using the handle cum extension. Miele S5281: Don't make a Miele of the housework Advantages: Specialist cleaning, well made and reliable Disadvantages: None ...credit card) my beautiful new Miele vacuum having heard rave reviews about them from friends. I checked the which guide and other review sites and found that they were rated very highly which confirmed my choice of make and that just left the model to choose. I decided on the S5281 as it seemed a good, powerful, all-rounder. They replied extremely quickly to say that the Argos model would just come with the standard floorhead and not the turbo brush and parquet floorhead - well, I'm not spending nearly £200 for a vacuum and not getting a turbo brush!
