Their "independent" engineers concluded that it was not a faulty hoover but ironically acused me of being negligent in cleaning the hoover! got delivery of this 2 weeks ago, was a bit dubious at first, never been too keen on the power of cordless tools, so was pleasantly surprised when i first used it! full charge took just over an hour, and lasted nearly 50 minutes of constant use. pick up was great on hard floors, and on par with my regular Dyson on carpeted floors. the waste bin was large enough to hold a weeks worth of daily cleaning. also, was easy assemble, came in 3 easy to click ...

dyson customer service in my experience has always been a+ they really stand by the product well. Container is small but can still hold a good amount so you dont have to empty after every hoover aswell. Is easy to clean and empty very quick and simple with little mess. ...
I hate vacuuming, especially on the stairs with a big upright vacuum that I have to lug up and down and the cable only reaches halfway up then I have to swap to a plug at the top of the stairs. I also hate small drag along behind you vacuum cleaners that although light you have to keep pulling along behind you –“well come along then” and have to keep bending down to “deal with”.
So this vacuum is the best of both worlds. It is lightweight and easy ... ...are no tools so vacuuming the front of the stairs isn’t really possible. It has good reach to the edges too. It is easy to switch between hard floors and carpet via a scroll button and I don’t have to bend down or stop when I need to transition between surfaces making the whole process faster. It is easy to assemble – 3 parts and one screw, there is no cable to worry about as it is cordless and I the battery charges quickly. It looks good too!
