Henry well all I can say is he is treated like part of the family he is trust worthy and reliable and he helps me look after the children brilliantly. I have had countless vacuumes that have ended blowing up in smoke or just not sucking up the bits out of my carpet. Some time ago I bought a very old ex-industrial Henry (from a professional cleaning firm) for use at my business premises. Although tatty on the outside, this machine impressed me enough to ensure that I bought a Henry for my domestic use. The Which report on reliability reinforced this decision as it was one of the most reliable cleaners in their tests.
Even my husband likes using Henry - although I am a bit worried as he does ay "Come along Henry" ... ...cannot praise these cleaners enough being light to pull around, efficient, quiet (as vacuums go) and do not seem to lose suction even if the very large bag is getting full.
