So Long Sucker Advantages: Small and light, bagless Disadvantages: Very poor quality,unhelpful customer service department ...because he brought me a Sanyo 1500 Bagless. After my initial disappointment at having received a vacuum cleaner for Christmas I had a good look at it and it didn’t seem too bad. It looked neat and compact and it didn’t need bags, which was good. The instruction leaflet was terrible, in that way that badly translated instructions always are - quite amusing but not very helpful. I don’t really like cylinder cleaners but this one was light (it only ... ...generally rubbish! I phoned the Sanyo help line (my troubles with the Sanyo help line are a different story altogether and one which leaves me inclined to rant rather a lot, suffice to say I’m about as impressed with them as I am with their product!) Their engineer checked it over and gave it a clean bill of health! Not a bad vacum for the money! Advantages: Light, powerful 7 bagless Disadvantages: Filter needs regular cleaning ...had never heard of a sanyo vacum cleaner before, but not wanting to sound ungratful we gave it a go! The assembly instructions were clear and all the pipe work splipped together easily. Three extra attachments are included which are an upholtery attachment, a short thin adapter and a small round brush for getting to those hard to reach places! The solid pipework is split into the head, 1st extension, 2nd extension, then the handle and are well made, ... ...at any minute! There is a power switch and the cord retract button on the rear of the vacum, as well as the compartment to store the attachments. The cleaner picks up very well and it only struggles with thick dog hair. To empty the dust holder, simply flick a switch on th vacum and pull out the holder. Does any one use bags these days? Now the bad bits; The filter and dust holder needs to be cleaned before every use or suction is lost. What a sucker. Advantages: Quick and easy to empty Disadvantages: Does not like long pile carpet I bought this as a cheaper option to buying a Dyson as I had High street vouchers to spend and I needed a vacuum. It cost £119.99 from Powerhouse in 2003. Great compact hoover, excellent suction Advantages: Easy to store, great suction Disadvantages: none When my last Dyson Hoover died on me after 15 years as it has lasted so well I felt that it had to be a Dyson again. They are definitely worth the expense. I chose the Dyson DC23 because we wanted something more compact than the upright Dyson that we had previously. This model is very compact and the hose and wand winds around the base very well and easily. The power cable pulls out of the base and automatically rewinds on the press of a button. ... ...seem to do. The Dyson Hoover sucks up alot of stuff that other Hoovers leave behind. Once you have used a dyson, you will never use anything else. A Dyson Hoover is a good investment. Even though it is expensive, it pays for itself over and over as it last a lot longer than other Hoovers and requires no bags or replacement filters. The filter on this Dyson needs washing occasionally. It's a disaster!!!!!! Advantages: You cant even use to pull a socks from dead man Disadvantages: It's a disaster!!!!!! I am a victim of Hinari lifestyle vacuum cleaner, I bought form Argos, The suction is very poor, poor quality plastic body, very bad quality hose and accessories, within 6 month hose start to broke, I contact for spare hose as per Argos guidance, the answer was shocking they say that model is stop production that’s why no more spare parts!!!!! How is that now what I do with that two wheel and one motor I can’t even use to pull a socks from dead man!!!!! ... ...was in middle east I was using Panasonic bag less vacuum cleaner, it was fantastic, unfortunately I didn’t find that same model that’s why I go to this.
