What prompted me to buy this one (apart from the style and functions) was it was on sale down from £30.00 to £22.99 and iincluded a separate Ceramic straightening brush.

I bought this from a local retailer and it cost £4.99. I haven't found a website for prolectrix but a general search shows the hair dryer can be bought on line.

VERDICT...
The hairdryer is 1800w and as such gives plenty of blow to dry hair with minimum of fuss.
There are 2 styling nozzles, both slightly different but both there to do the same job. This means that i can make an effort to actually style Little miss's hair. However, when we use it without the nozzle I find that no hair gets trapped in the air vent thing which has happened in one other hair dryer.

well as being a hip stylish girly colour - my niece absolutely adored it and having recently spoken to her mother it's still in good shape and gets used every friday before she gos to the youthclub.
The real feature of this hairdryer compared to similar on the market is that it has lock and load filters which you put in at the back and as you blow dry your hair it sends a fruity smell which sticks in your little darlings hair so she smells fruity fresh and good enough to eat. The scented sachets you get are strawberry, raspberry and orange. You can buy the top up fruity filters from your salon but each one keeps blowing out fragrance for quite a while and my niece hasnt asked for any more yet so can presume still going strong.
Overall a great gift ideal for any little girl - at nearly £20 it's not too expensive but also is not ...
