I ordered a Samsung laser printer on Sunday evening and it arrived on Wednesday morning. Using Valueshop's offer of free delivery on this particular product, I expected to receive it towards the end of the stated 5 to 7 day delivery window, or even sometime after. I was particularly pleased, as the ordering process was able to cope adequately with a delivery address different to billing address. I would have to say that the price was particularly good. I don't know why Ciao allows it, but it's pretty obvious the review by ampuk2000 is an advert, not a review. Being totally independent, all I can say is that I'm very pleased. I disliked the apparent lack of a tracking system, but it came quickly anyway.
