Vanish Oxi Action Carpet Cleaner

I bought this carpet spray for my Dads carpet as he was selling his house and where we had moved furniture around there was almost new carpet where the furniture had been and a dark line around where it had been. It was quite bad in places; the carpet was originally pink but was grey in places from years of use. I went to the supermarket looking for inspiration and came across the Vanish spray. I didn't actually buy this when my mum was cleaning her cupboard she had a variety of products she had bought but never had a use for and therefore I ended up with them and one of them was this vanish oxi action carpet cleaner. I believe it cost around the £3 mark which wouldnt be too bad if it actually worked but it doesn't. The bottle is the traditional vanish style being bright pink and has a trigger top to angle the spray onto the stain, the label gives a variety of information including the safety of using this product.
