Have had no end of problems with their administration - direct debits have failed their end, they have lost three successive cheques only for all three to appear and be cashed on the same day - all the time sending letters, phonecalls demanding payments. Most recently, I have had a very dodgy phonecall from one of their reps about my "bank account" - I do not have a bank account with them! Nor would I! I'm also concerned that the rep did not state their name at the start. Fair enough this card is fine for those trying to rebuild their credit reference, but for any other reason I would give Vanquis a wide berth. Will be paying off my account in full this week. Goodbye Vanquis and good riddance!
