When my boyfriend's Mum gave him deodorant for his birthday, I thought it was a subtle suggestion that he needed some help in the smell department... which he doesn't. In fact she gave it to him because she liked it so much after a sniff test in Superdrug that she had to have it... even if it was to give to someone else.
I don't normally consider wearing men's scents just because they are too heavy for me. But this is one brand that I might have to invest in for myself.
It comes in spray cans of 300mL. The bottle is blue with a black lid. Very masculine indeed. He left it sitting on the bathroom shelf last week and me being curious about any new bottles that I didn't impulse buy, I had to check it out. A little spray. Sniff sniff. Mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm, it is a delicious male scent that isn't as strong as cologne or aftershave, but definately has that clean, soapy smell that only men can achieve without even trying.
So I decided to smell masculine for a day and put it on that morning. And it lasted through the morning, 26 degrees by noon. And it lasted through the afternoon, a board meeting for three hours. And it lasted into the evening, a pasta meal at a lovely little Kensington restaurant.
There was no white residue, there was no hint of dampness (the kind that feels cold in patches no matter how hot out) and there was that lovely man scent following me around all day.
Boots and Superdrug both carry this anti-persperant sometimes in their 2for1 sale. I went and got my own bottle for 2 pounds. Well worth it.
Long lasting, great for men... even nicer for women if I can be that biased! And no white marks on my new black top!
