Vauxhall Corsa Life 1.0i 12v

...The corsa 1.0 12v life is a great car overall, it has electric windows cd player and comes with alloys. Its great for urban use as it is very fuel-efficient. It handles well for a small car and it is very reliable. If you are looking for your first car this is a good choice, as it is all-round a cheap car. The only thing for me about the corsa is the size and performance. Being over 6ft, long journeys can be uncomfortable. Another problem is steep hills, If you have a car full it struggles greatly through high gears and up hills.However buying the life brand new isn't cheap. But apart from that the corsa isn't a bad choice.... Read review

...The Vauxhall Corsa is on the whole a very reliable small car, I use it as a driving tuition vehicle which obviously covers an awful lot of use and abuse. The 1.0 litre 12v engine is very responsive with a quick pick up and economical both around town and on a long journey. The only inherent problem which I find is the engine management system, which involves the engine idler control, a small piece of plastic which on my last car broke twice in six months. The car is then off the road in the garage for a couple of hours while this is replaced and the management system reset, which in my case is a great inconvenience. I think it's time this was modified for the benefit of all concerned. The only other problem is with the dashboard panel light which blows with alarming regularity.... Read review

...After spending out countless amounts of money after money for repairs on our renault we thought enough was enough, the car just had to go. We needed something more reliable, so after looking around countless garages to see what was on offer, we spotted a breeze blue corsa at a very reasonable price. Prices start from £7,295. This car was small on the outside yet spacious on the inside(a real life tardis). We decided to buy the 1 litre 12v car as power wasn't an issue for us. This car is in a cheap car tax bracket and low insurance group. I find it a reliable little car that runs smoothly and is very economical on fuel. The car is as smart looking on the inside as it is on the outside. It came with 3years manufacturer guarantee. As a safety aspect our model came with a drivers airbag but other models do come with driver and passenger... Read review
