For starters it looks extremely good when you approach it from the front. And just gets better when you get inside.
For a near Base Model vehicle it is well equipped and very comfortable, the drivers seat are adjustable in almost all directions allowing the driver to be postitioned easily no matter what height or shape.
Forward Visibilty is excellant and you only realise how bad windscreen wipers are on the old Astra when you see the wipers on the new one made completly of rubber they clear extremely well and don't smear they clear best at 60mph when the effect of the wind on the Wipers spoiler is in full effect.
Rear Visibility is average the rear windscreen is rather small but the rear passenger windows more than make up for this from the passenger side with a rear view mirror i find that the rear passenger head restraints get in the way unless they are full down.
The pedals are placed far enough apart even for those with big feet, the foot rest is a bit soft but really doesn't get much use, the Clutch pedal squeeks slightly on my car but I think that has more to do with the Dual Clutch pedal than anything.
The Gearbox is a bit close for some students but I'v had no problems with qualified drivers at all. The Handbrake without and audible ratchet is a blessing and a real bonus.
The entertainment system and climate system are only basic but do excatly what is asked of them.
All in all a great car for driving, a perfect car for learners, and very reliable and economical.
In 6 Weeks i'v covered nearly 10.000 miles and i average 425 miles per tank thats having brimmed it with £38.
A true workhorse for a business.
