End of production 04 - No replacement that is so spaceouis with a larger boot capacity and a larger than life presence. The 2.6 CDX is pruley in a league of its own. Well priced in the second hand market with prices starting from a 1k ( ebay ) up to 5k on a dealership forecourt.
Try buying a later model, as in 2000 the Omega went through a facelift, and a nip and tuck. With such a large engine capacity, most opt for the manual gear box thinking about the vast fuel consumption, but dont be put off by the autos, with plenty of pulling power and a light right foot this model makes an ideal motorway cruiser, Even Ive had 38Mpg from mine.
