2005 Vectra 3.0 V6 CDTI SRi
The SRi is a more defined car, than the "normal" range cars. This is helped by "uprated" suspension and wider track tyres. Interior features are slightly similar to the standard range, but enhanced by improved trim Performance is near to that of the older 2.5 V6 GSi, but with vastly improved fuel economy
The vehicle is a compromise between the 1.9 CDTI SRi (which will return a better fuel economy) and the 3.0 V6 CDTI Elite
Fuel consumption averages 30mpg. Insurance is reasonable for the performance
Due to the high company car tax band and the poor fuel economy (compared to the 1.9 CDTI version) haggle hard for a discount I bought my 16 month old, 10000 mile example for £10800 on a window price of £11995 When bought from a Vauxhall dealership, a 12 month unlimited mileage warranty is included and can be extended by a further 12 months for £250 (as at 01 December 2006) by redemption once the car has been purchased, details arrive by post within 14 days
