Advantages: lots of power for a people carrier, very stylish inside and out , great fun to drive Disadvantages: can be a bit sluggish from stanstill when all seats occupied but soon picks up and can keep up with most sporty cars out there. :-)
...this is my second zafira the first being a 1.6 comfort on a t plate (99) and i would say the design in the cockpit has changed for the better the handbrake is great being like a gear retractor in an aeroplane cockpit also more storage space than its predeoscer, more power points, built in security for cd player then again better security all round. as previously written the a pillars are still a bit wide as they tends to be a bit of a blind spot but its not a problem when you get use to em and any good driver will know how to establish blind spot errors .. controls are better gearstick is now up towards the dash easier to change gear quicker total lock button now in cabin... could go on all day but you have to drive one to appreciate it.. a1 car well done vauxhall cant wait to get behind the wheel of the new zafira vxr . oh forgot...

...THE VAUXHALLZAFIRA
The VauxhallZafira was launched in 1999 with the 1.6 and 1.8 litre petrol or 2.0 Di diesel engines. Air conditioning was standard in all but the entry level model. Later in the year there were 1.6 and 1.8-litre LPG Design dual fuel models available.
The Zafira was innovative when it was launched. Seven seats over three rows were squeezed into the people carrier, but due to the pioneering Flex7 system, you could fold up to five of them to suit any journey. Safe handling is also ideal for drivers who...

Advantages: 7 seater, Excellent drive, A brilliant car Disadvantages: There aren't any
...This is an excellent family car it has a load of room in the boot and leg room is fantastic. I swapped the new Vauxhall Astra 1.4i in for this VauxhallZafira and it is the best thing i did as having a little boy i need as much space as possible which i wasn't getting with the Astra but you certainly do with the Zafira.
The Zafirai have is a 2007 plate and the car is higher up than the Astra i had and it took me a couple of hours to get used to driving the Zafira as it was slightly different to other cars i have driven.
Driving the Zafira you are looking at about 30-40 miles to the gallon and it does drive well it is very comfortable to sit in. The Zafira is a 7 seater people carrier and the seats in the boot fold down and can be hidden away until you require them and the three middle seats can slide backwards and forwards depending...
