Well if you want the "half plucked chicken look" this is the product for you! If on the other hand you want smooth, soft, silky, hairless legs or other body parts don't bother with this hair removal cream.
I got the badly plucked chicken look by following the directions supplied, so if you want the same look as me, just do as I did.
I apologise for any unpleasant mental images that may occur whilst reading this reveiw in advance.
The Veet In-Shower hair removal cream comes with a small sponge which has a soft side and a rougher side, (I was using the Pink one for normal skin) I had to apply it thickly onto dry skin with the softer side of the sponge without rubbing it in and leave it on for one minute before entering the shower. Now comes the difficult part, it says that you have to enter the shower but that the cream has to stay on your body for another two minutes.
So there I was sort of bent over, with my arms clamped tightly to my body, trying not to let the water go on my legs or on my arm pits ( I think this was probably the start of my chicken impersonation!)
I had my nose all crinkled up because although they had tried to cover the obvious chemical smell with Jasmine it still was smelly enough to make my eyes water and hope that the smell didnt linger on my skin!
Then using the rougher side of the sponge I started to go over what was left of the cream in a circular motion, unfortuately not all the hair was coming away so I left it a little longer, it can be left for up to six minutes. By this time cramp was beginning to set in as I was still doubled over in the confined space of my shower (Battery chicken?!?!)
When I had emerged from the shower and dried myself, I examined my legs and saw that some of the hair had in fact disappeared, other hairs looked like they hadn't been touched and some hairs looked like they had been exposed to a naked flame which had shrivelled up under extreme temperature! My under arms hadn't faired much better either. Not very attractive to say the least!
I will not be buying this product again. And like all half plucked chickens veet can "Get Stuffed!"
(also on Dooyoo as Katydo)

It's amazing how many undignified positions we have to get in for hair remover to work! I don't reckon those perfumes ever work to cover the chemical scent. Entertaining review, though!

Great review, pity the product didn't live up to your expectations, still your account of your shower antics amused me!!!
