    I was brave on Friday night – extremely brave. I’d been toying with the idea for ages and ages of getting some DIY waxing strips.     Until recently there was no way that I would have been writing a review about a waxing product, but here I am. So why the change of heart? Read on. BACKGROUND: For a long time I couldn't entertain the thought of hairs being ripped from my body. I mean, why? All that pain when shaving got pretty much the same result.     I have only had my legs professionally waxed once, years ago. At the time I was amazed how this was removed all of the hairs in one go and they didn`t grow back for a few weeks. That was the one and only time, I didn`t think it hurt much, it was effective but, too expensive. In those days, when there were more important things to spend my money on (there still are), it was much cheaper and easier to shave. Afew years ago I found Veet wax strips.
