There's a lot you can do with this tofu
Advantages: Healthy alternative to meat, good texture, great taste, versatile
Disadvantages: Slightly pricey
WHAT IS IT?
Tofu comes from the milk of soya beans. The beans are soaked, mashed up and heated to create soya milk. Calcium sulphate is then added to it to help it coagulate and form a curd before being pressed to emerge as Tofu.
