Advantages: Fun way to exercise, easy to use. Disadvantages: Aching muscles!!!!

Advantages: keeps you fit Disadvantages: a bit expensive
The wiifitboard is fantastic, its a must have if you own a nintendo wii console, you can get the wiifit game that usually comes with it and do hula hop, areboics, jogging all sorts of fitness games. You can also buy other games like snowboarding for example, its all about balance. My only concrn is when it weighs you,i dont think it is that correct so dont take offence if it say you are obese as its usually wrong.I love my wiifitboard and so do my children and there are so many games out now that you need it for i think its a nesesity.ovrerall a great item,a bit on the pricey side, its also good to buy a cover for it as they get quite dirty. ...
