Advantages Attractive special offers
Disadvantages Goods never get deliver, customer care is appealing, very rude on the phone and email!
The worst online shopping experience I ever had. Attracted by special offer, I placed an order. After 10 days, no news so I try to call them... after several call and email, they blame their system and promised delivery on specific day... It was never delivered! I Call again and their "customer care manager" made me feel really stupid for asking that my order was deal with in good time and my good to be delivered...
None to say, I cancelled my order and will stay away from that website... and I think you should do the same. I also ask not to receive anymore advert on my email and funny but it is going to take 12 weeks to erase me from their mailing!!!
Thing take time at VertBaudet!!!
