You can get veterinary advice, find out about pet supplies and services in your area and find out more about a species of animal. It is all free information and far more effective than just typing the word 'pet' into your search engine. You can order products online at the site and they will be delivered the next day. I was really pleased with the service. The website was very clear and easy to use and I was even more pleased when just for registering my pets there for free I was sent a Christmas stocking for them. They even send you a reminder of your pet's birthday. I would definitely recommend any animal lovers out there pay it a visit.... Read review

...also explained that Kyra had died the day before and that some other local dogs had either died or been diagnosed with Parva Virus (I found this out about 10 mins before the puppy died). I was then asked if I recieved council or housing benefit. Well my partner of 18 years had recently left me for another woman and the paperwork for the missive, the housing benefit or the council tax hadn't yet come through and I explained this. I was then told that I couldn't recieve emergency treatment and was given a number to ring to locate some other emergency veterinary service. The number I rang played a recorded message telling me that the admin office (100's of miles away, in fact in another country) was closed and to ring back in the morning. So here I am left here to watch my dog and 11 remaining puppies die a slow death. I'm not over anxious I... Read review

...As a pet owner finding a good local veterinary practice is very important to me. I have three cats at present and although they are relatively young and in good health in the past I have had older cats who were not quite so fortunate. I moved into this area about eighteen years ago and initially went to a different vet but, about fifteen years ago, I went to the little branch surgery of Stowe Veterinary Group in Needham Market and we have been registered with the practice ever since. Fifteen years is a pretty reasonable length of time to assess the service and in that time I have seen a number of changes. Stowe Veterinary Group have their main surgery in new modern premises in Stowmarket and also have branch surgeries located in Needham Market, Elmswell and Combs Ford. ...I am reviewing this product not as someone who uses the insurance but as the Vet that has to fill the forms in and rely on the resulting payment. IMAGE Pet plan is a well established pet insurance company with excellent communication with both the pet owner and the veterinary community - My surgery has regular visits from the reps to inform us of the latest company development and provide us with a veterinary help line so we can resolve claim difficulties quickly. SERVICE If one of my clients needs to use there policy a form is delivered to them rapidly or they can use one of the veterinary surgeries pre pad forms. These forms are EASY to fill in, this is a must for the busy vet who often has tens of these a week to complete and want them to be as simple as possible.
