One night she was sat on Ebay when she came through to the lounge and beckoned me to come and have a look at something. Someone had put a very odd listing on, it was about 1000 words and had no structure, just endless sentences strung together, but after reading it a few times it seemed that the seller had listed a Palm PDA and the viaMichelinSatellite Navigation pack, to the naked eye however it looked like just the satellite navigation pack and hence we managed to bag the whole lot for £101.00. After a long wait, and after it had been delievered to the wrong house and returned and picked up and delivered again I finally ...

I have had the X-980T since January 2007 and I am delighted with it. It is easy to use, the mounting is well designed and keeps the unit stable. The touch screen facility works well, the on-sceen instructions are easy to follow and the information available is quite awesome.
The ability to download routes, maps, speed camera locations and a vast range of other points of interest from across Europe directly from the Michelin website through my laptop is a great service, especially as it is free.
I drive a cabriolet and with the hood down I have difficulty in hearing the instructions, but I have resolved this by feeding the audio output on the unit through the audio input on my car stereo and then via the car speakers.

ViaMichelinNavigation X-960 New Edition - Good time to buy.
I recently had a scare, when my trusty TomTom threw a wobbler, and I thought I would need to replace it, I had chance to look around, and remember looking at this particular model, mainly because it looked like my TomTom, I assume it was a copy. I am not saying this is a bad thing, let someone else decide what the customer wants and then provide just that.again, I am pleased to say my TomTom is in working order so I do not need to replace it, if and when I do however, I may well go for this model. At less than £90 it has to be a bargain. This is the cheapest price I could find brand new, so you could get a real good second hand bargain.
The basic idea is the same as most of these gizmos, there is a touchscreen, a mains or car charger, a USB lead for connecting to a PC ...
