I cannot recommend Vichy Normaderm enough, and if you don't trust my opinion my pharmacist tells me they offer a trial pack to anyone who enquires, so seek out your local stockist and give it a try. It is one of the few brands that lies in the inbetween area, of skin care and skin medication. If you have tried Clearasil you will know what i mean, a harsh alcoholic smell and all moisture is stripped fom your skin, with pretty much no effect ... more

As with any facewash lots of warm water is a must and i found the wetter you can get your face, the better ,as far as this product is concerned. The first few times i had trouble getting it to foam and bubble as much as i would like, but a little vigorous lathering between my fingers sorted that out, and i also realised suds does not equal success. There is a lovely fresh fruity smell ,with a reassuring hint of medication, just to let you know that something is going to happen. With the first wash my skin felt smoother and cleaner than it had in a long time, and retained the clean feeling throughout the day. My skin also remained soft and supple The real results came within a couple of weeks, i was no longer getting new spots or blemishes, and my whole skintone had evened out completely. I was no longer wearing concealer to cover up problems...which i am sure must have added to them...as there were no problem areas anymore . A surprising bonus is that i use so little of the cleanser i only need to buy a new one every couple of months, with cheaper brands i'd be lucky if it lasted two weeks. Same goes for brands such as Simple, they keep your skin soft but do not change anything. the only problem is i have now almost run out, and can't justify the expense..so i'll keep an eye out for it on sale! he he

When this product was introduced to me I was given a small sample bag containing Anti Imperfection Hydrating care cream and Deep Cleansing Gel for Clear Skin so let me tell you a bit about the product and my experience with the Deep Cleansing Gel for Clear Skin.
This product is meant for “skin with imperfections in young women: clogged pores, uneven skin surface, localised shine, redness and dilated pores”
... ...1. Eliminates dead skin cells to help unclog pores.
2. Purifies the skin surface. 3. Re-organises the skin cells to slowly re-educate skin with imperfections.
The sample for this product came in a small green and white bottle around 3 inches in height containing 30ml of the product, although the bottle didn’t contain any instructions for use I guessed that it was meant to be used as a facial wash.

Advantages: Creamy texture, very nice smell, definitely works Disadvantages: Can get only in the pharmacy or online
...skin has definitely improved, the pores are tighter no sigh of spots and the skin feels smoother. It is less expensive than Dermalogica and must say it works perfectly. You can buy the products only in the pharmacy or online. I've used other Vichy products and would strongly recommed it. ...
