Advantages too cheap to be true
Disadvantages doesnt actually work
we ordered a toilet and shower and shower kit from victoria plumb, all arrived on time but once the internal shower fittings were instsalled it was clear that the thermostat was not working , phoned them repeatedly for a week, took our details 4 times but never called back. No technician to speak to no manager or seperate customer service people. Eventually saying they will send out a whole new kit which doesnt help at all as we have no idea how to change the thermostat. if we have to rip it al out it will cost hundreds of pounds in plumber costs and new tiles. The customer service is nonexistent , the staff can only do sales are incredibly rude and actually luaghed down the phone last time my husband spoke to them. Be very wary of this fly by night company they are no better than del boy selling out of a suitcase. The products are imported cheaply and the people selling them have no idea what they are talking about if you have a problem and couldn't care less. I hope they wont be in business much longer and they stop ripping people off!

Surely there must be something good to say about the company to make it a more balanced review. As it stands I think the review would be better expanded upon and placed in the buyer beware category as this really is the place to air our grumbles about a specific company or product. You can expand on your review in the future to include all aspects of the area if you want to by pressing the edit link in the top centre of the page as you read your review. Fiona
