As I get older and may I add a lot more wiser my looks seem to be dwindling. My waist seems to be expanding and my hair dwindling. When I was young I had long blond flowing locks and was said to liken Brad from neighbours...lol.I was able to dance all night and would often woo some of the most beautiful girls in the west midlands.
Then I got married and even on the wedding night I could feel that pounding sence of doom. My head started to throb and my first hairs were left on that pillow.
10 years later and I was trying to rescue what was left by having expensive haircuts and expensive lotions. I would use a product called circ which was meant to thicken my hair but it did not.
I was invited to a party and a good friend of mine who works in an office like me was due to attend. Whenever we had been out together we always joked about our receding hairlines and that we should take the plunge and shave it all of. As you probably guessed the moment I saw him he had done it. As my mother would say " and there it was gone"
He didn't look bad at all in fact it was not the skinhead look I had imagined but a professional look that made him more distinctive. He told me about the palm clipper.
I hurried to boots the next day and found them at the back in amongst all the perfumes on sale from £29.99 down to £24.99. I purchased one right away and ran home like a child that has got a new toy.
