Good value cheap VCR

Advantages: Price
Disadvantages: Picture quality

The Bush VCR 905 has served us well for the last 3 years. It is our "bedroom" video, and not our main one. It does exactly what it is supposed to, which is play the videos that my partner wants to watch whilst I'm watching the TV downstairs. The picture quality is not brilliant but it is however, acceptable, and certainly not unwatchable. The sound quality is also acceptable but this is only a mono video so you wouldn't expect it to be outstanding. ...

Bush VCR 906 Video

Advantages: Light, stylish, easy to use, good picture and sound quality at the price
Disadvantages: You can't stop it, once it has started recording on the timer.

The Bush VCR906 offered reasonable facilities and was available in Argos for £39.00. I don’t know how much longer we are going to be using video recorders with tapes. Surprisingly good VHS recorder
