Advantages Good value budget widescreen LCD.
Disadvantages Inadequate for serious gamers
I have had this little 19 inch widescreen LCD monitor for a few months on my home desktop PC, on which I'm running Windows 7 Ultimate x64. #
The monitor design is attractive, the case has is very slim with a black srround and silver strip with the control buttons. The display itself has a bright, crisp look and a very good resolution (1440 x 900 native) which is perfect for Microsofts "Aero" desktop.The resolution and response and maximum refresh (75Hz) are average and the performance might fall short of the needs of the serious 3D games enthisiast and high relolution video editing or viewing due to the lach of full 1080p compatibility.
A great little workhorse, ideal for the budget concious. I am very happy with this product and members of my family compete to use my desktop PC!
