Not replaced when it broke - customer services just ignore customer !

I bought this monitor and it broke within 2 days. I emailed the receipt to Viewsonic who said they'd collect and replace it immediately.
2 weeks later I got a phone call saying they can't find a replacement, but will get one to me within a reasonable length of time. This is not a rare model!! If I wanted to buy another (which of course I never will), I could get one from loads of internet shops. But apparently not Viewsonic. They "can't find one".
It's now 4 weeks later and I still have a broken monitor. My emails to Viewsonic are ignored. Telephone customer service says they don't know when they'll replace the broken model.
4 weeks later and still no replacement?! That has got to be the worst customer service I have ever encountered. And the most useless guarantee... stay away from this company!
