Jaguar XJ6 Sovereign
Review of Jaguar XJ6 Sovereign by anna712

Advantages: class
Disadvantages: price

Jaguar XJ6 The first thing you have to realise when you go looking for a used JaguarXJ6 is that this car has been around for a LONG time, Consequently there are a lot of used Jaguar XJ6 models for sale, but many have either been "thrashed" or else are in generally poor and run down condition ensuring that (if possible) it has a full Jaguar main dealer history that is backed up by the old MOT Certificates and receipts. Offset this with highly polished ...
...fit for royalty! The car even came with the original Jaguar carpets and rubber mats, all carrying the distinctive Jaguar emblem! Its a car to have if you are car loover, and like to have something in class,I drive around in jaguar XJ6 sovereign sport, everytime I am home in Spain. ... Read review

The Willys Jeep MB
Review of Willys Jeep MB by Jaster

Advantages: Tough Truck
Disadvantages: Slow

...is an amazing Jeep. The Willys Jeep MB is a versatile vehicle that is wonderful for off roading. This Jeep can last you more than 60 years. This is not for Sports car fanatics. This truck is not meant to go very fast but it is tough and is my favorite vehicle. The Jeep MB is hard to find. They are old , they were made in the 1950's and 60's for the most part. The MB was a Allied war vehicle used in World War two and then was made for civilian use ... Read review

*DANGER* - Big Cat On The Prowl
Review of Jaguar XJ6 by cujimmy

Advantages: A lot of car for the money. Beautiful smooth drive. Roomy. Power to spare.
Disadvantages: Not a lot. Well, heavy on fuel.

...my late uncles Mark 10 Jaguar when I was only knee high to a grasshopper. He was what in those days would be called a "gentleman farmer", and used to change his Jaguar for a new model every January 1st, (nice if you can afford it!) so I was privileged enough to be ferried around in some really classy machinery as a wee fella, even if my own late father's budget would only stretch to cars like the Ford Anglia and Triumph Herald. ~ ~ For the past six ...
...to actually purchase a used Jaguar XJ6 of my own for use as my taxi. With this idea in mind I've been assiduously trawling through all the second hand car websites like "Autotrader" and "Exchange and Mart" looking for the right car at the right price, alas without too much success. The first thing you have to realise when you go looking for a used JaguarXJ6 is that this car has been around for a LONG time, the first models rolling of the production ... Read review

noddy's company car
Review of Fiat 500 by appip

Advantages: cute, small, rare, noddy's company car
Disadvantages: not good 4 long journeys

hese are cracking little cars with bags of character. They're slow as hell, so don't expect to go anywhere quick - average speed in hilly surroundings is 30mph, flat out is about 55mph (with a tail wind) and you have to stop every 80 miles or so to give the little air-cooled engine a breather. That said, we drove ours from Milan to London in 4 days without any dramas. It's comfortable enough, surprisingly roomy, the engine has a pleasant two cylinder ...
...boat engine, so isn't hard on the ears. And most importantly this car is the cutest thing on four wheels! We originally bought it to sell on at a profit (our €2,000 would have converted into about £3,500!) but it was so much fun we kept it. It's such a head turner. We drive it around London sometimes and people go mad for it. It's so funny. God knows how many photos we're in without even knowing it. Anyway, economical, fun, cheap (ish) to maintain ... The Long Goodbye
Review of Fiat 128 by MALU

Advantages: tough, not too expensive
Disadvantages: extinct

...a brand new light mint Fiat 128 with a black stripe along the lower part of the body and dark grey all vinyl seats (sticky in hot Italian summers!). The Fiat 128 was introduced in March 1969 and awarded ´Car of the Year´ in the same year. It marked the start of an era of front-wheel-drive which has been adopted by almost every other successful design since. In 1971 the 128 Rally came on the market with a more powerful engine (1290cc and 67bhp), this ...
...we could reach the first Fiat garage in Italy where the mechanics could perhaps, but only very perhaps, help us more, he doubted that we would ever reach Sardinia with this wreck. This meant one night in a hotel in Seeberg, one of the most expensive resorts of the region! The Fiat mechanics in the first town south of the border found all this very funny, they made some derogatory remarks about Austrian mechanics, did something mysterious to the ... Read review
