Will I die before I get my...
I ordered my car on 21 January and paid a £5,500 deposit. Virgin Cars have not sent me a single piece of correspondence since.The initial delivery date of 3 May was met with a story about a supplier that had failed to communicate - boy, I know how they feel!!
The revised delivery date was met with a story that the new supplier unfortunately didn't have a record of my order.After 144 days and counting, I now do not even have an estimated delivery date but am told it may be another 10-14 weeks as they are having to start the process again, with no alternative solutions and not even a letter of apology.
IF YOU WANT MY ADVICE, DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!
