Avoid this card like you would the plague! The offer of 15 months interest free seemed like a good idea at the time until I had a letter out of the blue stating they were upping my interest rate to 34.9%. Despite phoning them and sending them letters they still refuse to budge saying the interest hike is because of a missed payment last year which I will be paying dearly for for some months to come, I have even tried paying £75 more than my monthly payment to lower the interest but it just goes up and up. In my opinion they are no better than loan sharks! Everyone looking for a Credit Card should be very wary of getting one of these - you could end up like me - paying £110 per month and only paying a fiver off your balance , the rest of it is interest!

Yes, could do with plenty more information about this card. Obviously you've been stung due to some clause in your agreement. But I am surprised you are alarmed at the interest rate. 15 months interest free surely would come with some serious interest hike after that.
