I have found that with dealing with VM for their phone and broadband that their customer service is awful. They have been smug and arrogant on the phone. The engineer who came was helpful however any dealings with there phone service has just been a shambles! I called them and was pushed from one person to another without the issue (a crackling and unusable line) being resolved.
their phone package also has extremely high call charges for calls if you aren't on one of their 'all exclusive' packages. so after i unknowling built up a bill of 50 i switched to one of their packages.Their broadband has been excellent value and very good service however i would not recommend anyone to take out their phone package.
