The graphics hit you first off and the speed it moves (altough i will suggest you play in 60hz as it is prown to s;lowdown and really crawls at 50hz) rthe football is foughrt at a frantic pace and the best part is the fact you can save your best goals (when you finaaly score that is!!!) To put it in a word this is great playable fun !!!!
Advantages: Great Graphics, likee having the arcade machine in your home Disadvantages: Players often unresponsive, lack of depth
Once again Sega supply us with another excellent arcade conversion. But the question we are presented with is should this flashy looking football game been left in the arcades?Others would tell you yes but my opinion is no.This game is another classic in the ever expanding Dreamcast line up.The realisim of the in-game action will amaze. The way the players look and and move is convincinly real. However dont play this game expecting a FIFA or ISS game ... ...of FIFA and the realisim of ISS for a total arcade type of game play - simple and addictive. The buttons are really simple to learn, one button for shoot, one for long ball and one for short ball.Defending is even simpler with only one button for tackle. What no speed up button?Yup thats right you have to learn to spread the ball about more as the tacles come flying in frequently. The lack of a speed up button is where I feel the game is let down.Your ...

Advantages: Graphics are OK Disadvantages: All of it
This has to be one of the most ludicrous games around. So the graphics are good, but the game has come straight from the Arcades, except much of it got lost on the way. The game is so utterly pathetic, there's only four moves 'shoot, short pass, long pass, slide (which means tackle)' and the game itself doesn't gell together like a game should. there's no official status, and there's no commentry - or if there is I can't remember it - it's such an ...

Review of Virtua Striker 2 (Dreamcast)
I think virtua striker 2 is an alright good game with lots of good colours and well thats about it. I loved the game in the arcade and was really excited to find out that it was coming out on the dc but unfortunately it ws not even half as good as i anticipated and well I was robbed for spending £30 on the game. i feel the game is like an arcade to console conversion that has no extras and so after a short time gets boring and you begin to wonder ... ...no extra camera views which can make some areas of the game difficult e.g. when passing you can rarely see who you are passing to and also I dont like that when you are in the box and you hit a full power shot it always goes over the bar. Lastly I wish some other teams than just international ones had have been added. My verdict is to not touch this game with a big stick Rating:35% ...

...about their soccer simulations.
Virtua Striker 2 has had many options added to it since its acrade incarnation, modes such as International Cup, League and Ranking help increase the longevity of the game a little but you still wont be playing the 1 player game for long. If you want this game to provide you with enjoyment months after you buy it your gonna have to have some friends to play against.
VS2's biggest attribute is graphics, these are ...

Advantages: Free Disadvantages: Not worth the lack of money
Virtua Striker 2000.1 was a game i got for free when buying the dreamcast, and it was worth every penny. Whilst not containing the fun, skill or interest of FIFA or ISS, it still managed to divert my attention for all of 20 minutes. Although its an arcade port, it's too slow, there's no run button and most of the time you find yourself fouling the other player or controlling a player 50 yards from the ball. If only there was a run function, a player ...

Virtua Tennis is Sega Sport's most successful product. Sega Sports is the division in Sega which concentrates on primarily making Sports Titles. Many games in their series have failed to capture the success Virtua Tennis encaptured. Virtua Athlete, and VirtuaStriker have all sold poorly yet Virtua Tennis has remained a fan favourite. Games 1 and 2 were originally released on the Dreamcast only for Virtua Tennis 2 to be ported over to the Playstation 2 when the Dreamcast had officially been withdraw from the market. Great move by Sega since the Playstation 2 had a fanbase of 100 million users compared to the tiny fraction of 10 million worldwide with the Dreamcast. This finally propelled the Virtua Tennis series into the lime light and has always been regarded as the most accurate tennis game on the market. So how will Virtua Tennis 3 ...
