i have recently changed lens cleaning solutions to Vision Express own brand cleaner and disinfectant. This is easy to use you just drop a little tablet into your lens holder and then fill up with cleaner. The cleaner will clean the lenses and then as the tablet disolves it then neutralises the lenses so no need to then change the solution before putting in your eyes as with some solutions. Put don't put the lens in your eye if you did not put the tablet in though because it will definately sting!!! I have not had any problems with this cleaner and do not feel the need to use protein tablets.
