I had bought a Visioneer Onetouch 9220 USB and it worked just fine.
When Microsoft came out with Windows Vista (yes, our PC is getting old and needed to be replaced), this Onetouch does not have a driver for Vista.
So after much frustration, I have to toss the Visioneer Onetouch to the garbage ... Read review
Advantages: Good for Windows XP, but who has XP anymore ? Disadvantages: No driver for windows OS newer than XP
