Visiq Facial Sauna

Advantages: decongesting, cleansing, refreshing, soothing, just great
Disadvantages: cannot use essential oils in it

The Visiq facial sauna is a great mucus reliever. Moistening the airways and softening stuff, to help clear them out. This is why I bought one. I also bought a bionaire humidifier for the bedroom for the same reason. I have window open but that does not mean the air stays moister in my place. I bought my facial sauna because I suffer from bad allergies and my sinuses are always congested. I don't particularly care to take Sudafed everyday and wanted something more natural. This is the product! So, whenever I get a cold (I naturally get congested), I get out my facial sauna and add some peppermint and eucalyptus oil. ...my sinuses and I felt awake and alert. Another thing I did the first time I used it was I waited until the water was boiling to stick my face in. Big mistake! I had a really hard time breathing. It was too quick of a change for my body to handle.
