I am still taking Wellwoman and I have continued to feel the benefit of taking them. Less sore throats, coughs and colds and I have a feeling of general well being.

I have been taking Wellwomen supplement for the past year. I had been feeling run down, I got three cold sores one after the other and a sore throat that kept coming and going. I had been to my doctor and he said it was a virus and to let it run its course.

One capsule should be taken per day with a main meal and with a full glass of water.

The leaflet included with the capsules is very useful as it details all the ingredients and gives advice on eating, drinking, smoking and exercise.

I started to notice an improvement in my health when I had been taking Wellwoman for a couple of months. One of the first things was that my nails, which were growing a lot quicker than normal. I have only had one cold sore since and this cleared up a lot sooner than the previous ones. I have also stopped getting sore throats. On the whole I have been feeling a lot healthier and less tired and lethargic.

I know you cannot rely on vitamins and supplements and it is important to eat a healthy diet and take regular exercise and I do try to look after myself. However, as a working mom with two kids sometimes you need a little help. I would therefore recommend Wellwoman as it has certainly helped me.
