Vitabiotics Wellwoman

I was looking for a multi-vitamin product because I felt so depleted and tired all the time and felt that my diet wasn't as balanced as it should be and that maybe I was missing out on some important minerals or nutrients. I also suffer quite alot from PMT and so when I saw Vitabiotics Wellwoman (original) capsules on special offer in Boots promoting health, vitality & wellbeing I was curious as to what was being offered above and beyond your standard multi-vitamin. They purport to being the No. 1 UK women's supplement brand and concentrate particularly on what women's bodies need.

The nutrients and trace elements these capsules contain are wide ranging and those included that may be of particular interest to women are evening primrose oil and starflower oil which can help maintain a healthy hormone balance throughout your cycle. I have found that my mood swings are far less severe (to the relief of me, my husband and children) since taking these although it has not helped the issue I have with sore breasts. However my mood swings were so bad I consulted my doctor but because I was a smoker she would not put me on the pill (something thought to also help with PMT) but having had such good results with these and getting far more in addition to the alleviated mood swings I prefer these and will not go on the pill even though I now could having given up the smokes!

The iron, magnesium and vitamin B complex help with the release of energy and I have definitely felt an improvement in my levels although it did take up to three months before I really noticed the difference. There is help with the immune system (including vitamin C and citrus bioflavonoids) and vitamin E, zinc and natural carotenoids help maintain healthy hair, nails, skin and cell renewal. My hair has definitely improved in vitality and shine although I was thinking this was down to my change of shampoo and conditioner (see my reviews on Elvive restore 5!) but equally it could be down to these and my nails (a nightmare, refusing to grow ever since having children) seem much stronger. I have also noticed that my skin has been clearer for quite a while (I often suffer breakouts) so in all in, I can only say these appear to have done wonders for me all round and I will continue to take these as the results are worth the price tag.

You only take one capsule a day with your main meal which is quite important because if you take these on an empty stomach they can make you feel sick.

I bought a 90 day's supply which retails around £16 as I know it takes a good three months to usually see results and so thought it better value bu you can get 30 capsules for around £6.00.
