Advantages: The best grooming tool I have ever used Disadvantages: Can be pricey
I own both a Siberian Husky and a small, hairy being of not fixed breeding! , in Spain where the weather gets very hot and your dogs would much rather "shed in the shade" - or, all over the carpet.
Anybody who has a husky will know they have double coats, a darker upper coat with a downy underlayer which for two years until I found this grooming tool was a nightmare, I used every brush and comb available, plus some horse tools which I thought worth a try, but to no avail ! My husky looked constantly as if the moths had been at him, except in November when there was a short pause. Cleaning the house was a nightmare and I never seemed to get rid of all the fluff from his undercoat.
Then I discovered the Furminator ! It was fantastic, the terrace looked as if it had been coated in snow as all the undercoat came out so easily ...

Over the years I have had many a collection. One which I adored was my TY Beanie collection! My friends and I all collected the soft and cuddly beanie teddies, so we were able to tell one another of our stories and most recent purchases, which was great fun. Between us we had most, if not all of the beanies out then, and I still have a few too.
One of the beanies is a little bear named Groom. This name is quite appropriate, although basic, as this is a wedding bear and indeed the male, aka the Groom. To look at, you could tell straight away that he is the groom. His fur is a gorgeous fresh white colour, and he is dressed in a beautiful black suit. He has a little white bow tie too, which is gorgeous! He definitely looks very smart.
