I used Vitabiotics Menopace for about 2 yrs and I didn't notice any change - but during menopause it is difficult to guage ones health. To try an alternative I switched to Wellwoman about 6 months ago and this last month I have noticed my hair is very much stronger - and otherwise I am a total health supplement sceptic.
