Omega 3 Fish Oil is a great way to keep your joints flexible and healthy no matter what age you are. I bought a tub of Biocare Calcuim Plus directly from BioCare. It was expensive, but I don't mind that if I'm getting a good quality product. Unfortunately 'good' and 'quality' are not words I'd associate with this product. The instructions on the packet are to mix 1 teaspoon with some liquid. ...to note is that although BioCare recommend 1 heaped teaspoon per day, this only provides 200mg of calcium. Now, calcium requirements vary according to age and gender.
