Great protein powder

Advantages: Cheap, good level of protein
Disadvantages: Never heard of the brand

Fat is low at 1.9g per 30 g, and calories are low as well, at 122 cal per 30 g serving. Stop colds before they start...

Advantages: When taken upon the first signs of a cold, can stop it from developing fully
Disadvantages: Doesn't do anything as a prevention (ie. taking one a day)

I first came across echinaceas existence when I had a bad year for colds. I couldn't shake one off so started taking a daily dose of the herb. Nothing seemed to happen and I still kept getting colds. However, when I actually had a cold and took it I noticed it was much more tolerable. A natural mood lifter

Advantages: Really lifts mood and sharpens the brain
Disadvantages: A little pricey and tastes awful.

I bought this because I was suffering from a depression. It was recommended to me through a forum. The idea is that it boosts the brain activity, makes you more alert, sharper and on the whole more happy. Had to say I was dubious but after taking it for the last month I do actually feel better. Fair to say I wasn't severley depressed but I did feel down and often exhausted. These days I feel so much better in myself, more cheerful and much more awake. ...
