Brilliant food craving supresser Advantages: Good hunger and craving suppresser Disadvantages: expensive I'll be honest, I did only use them for one week because I got sick of taking 9 tablets a day. However, for that time period I noticed a difference in my eating patterns. I didn't use it for long enough to notice any weight difference.
