Brilliant food craving supresser
Advantages: Good hunger and craving suppresser Disadvantages: expensive
I'll be honest, I did only use them for one week because I got sick of taking 9 tablets a day. However, for that time period I noticed a difference in my eating patterns. I didn't use it for long enough to notice any weight difference.
As far as I know, they do not contain caffine or anything similar.
Pros:
I didn't get the energy crash that I get when dieting without them.
They suppressed all my cravings and I was NEVER hungry.
I didn't experience ... ...6-9 tablets a day
They are big tablets
They do not smell very appealing
Nearly £30 for a pack which will last you about 6-10 days, which is awful since it recommends that you use them for 6 months.
Although it's expensive, it appears to be the best and safest thing out there. I've tried adios, appe cidar, and a few others none of which have had ANY affect. I've heard the new alli is good, but watch out for the side effects! ...

M.E sufferer: I couldn't live without Rose Hip
Advantages: Natural & effective Disadvantages: n/a
I was diagnosed with M.E (sometimes known as Chronic Fatigue Syndrome) around two years ago. Being 22 at the time, it was a huge blow to my life full of working as a busy P.A and clothes shopping every lunch break!
Around 75% of M.E patients suffer from some sort of muscle fatigue and muscle pain in various parts of their body. For me, it's my legs, hips and arms, made worse with the small amount of exercise i can manage. For myself, no amount of ... ...Some took the edge off the pain but it was still numbing away my limbs, in turn returning to being painful. I've also tried using a TENS machine, which in my opinion helped for a short time then the pain would force its way back. About 6 months after being diagnosed, my mum decided to purchase me a wheelchair. Just what every girl wants!! It's not even pink : ( This was a huge blow to me, even though I only use it for days out or holidays.
I'm not ...

Healthy joints and creatines best friend
Advantages: extremely effective in helping joint pain or creaky joints Disadvantages: the tablets tend to be tricky to swallow
Glucosamine is a naturally occuring enzyme in your body which helps to keep your joints mobile and healthy, however as you get older, you naturally run out of glucosamine stores.
Glucosamine Sulphate is used to replenish these stores and aids all aspects of joint function. I've been taking glucosamine for about 6 months now and it has really helped. My joints used to creak and groan continuosly, possibly the result of playing a lot of sport. However ... ...In particular, I used to take creatine to help me with my training and as some of you may or may not know, creatine drys up your stores of synovial fluid in your joints, therefore taking something like glucosamine in conjunction with creatine would be an intelligent move.
on the downside, the tablets are huge so you may find like me you need to crush them down a bit to make them easier to swallow.
An extremely useful product if you suffer from ...

C Boost!
Advantages: A great Vitamin product, easy to take, effective and cheap! Disadvantages: Lid a bit hard to open on first go.
Review of Tesco Effervescent Vitamin C. It’s the winter! And yes it’s inevitable that you or someone you know in the family will probably catch a cold have a virus, and let’s face it-with all that running around and partying we always do during the festive season we need to keep ourselves fit & healthy! I am very conscious of mine and my husband’s health and like us to eat healthy and be fit. With busy lifestyles this is of course easier said than ... ...what price! I purchased the Tesco Effervescent Vitamin C tablets in a tube of 20 tablets for just 98p! I thought this was so good, and I have to say the range of Vitamins on offer was great and Tesco even do the 3 for 2 offer on Vitamins. Packaging: A nice orange tube! It is very bright. Text is easy to read, however first attempt at getting the top of the tube can be tricky you may need a tea towel to help grip. Use: I usually take one of these ...

How do I feel? Indifferent
Advantages: a multivitamin with probiotics Disadvantages: didn't make a difference to my health, tablets are hard to swallow
...multivitamins. Multibionta are made by Seven Seas who are well established within the field of vitamins. Multibionta Advanced Formula vitamins are sold in a Blue cardboard box and the vitamins are packaged in plastic tubs (which can be recycled). They are more expensive than other multivitamins as a tub of 28 tablets cost £3.29 at Tesco's. Multibionta claims to be the first complete probiotic multivitamin. Their multivitamins contain a Tribion Harmonis ... ...Harmonis is either - but it sounds like a Shampoo!). Each three layered tablet contains all of the recommended vitamins at 100% of the Recommended Daily Allowance as well as other important nutrients and Probiotics to help you cope with a hectic lifestyle. I am not going to list all the vitamins and minerals as there too are many, however here are a few: Vitamins A, B complex, C, D, E, Folic Acid, Iron, Magnesium, Selenium and Zinc. As the '14 day ...
